I need Bears fans to realize that if literally any other star player cried as he was carted off for what has been reported as a minor hamstring injury, they would be having the same jokes made about them.
And if it was Love or Goff, Bears fans would be leading the charge.
@Kevins_Right Common misconception is Flores just sends the house every play. It’s usually only 4-5 guys and very methodical. Disciplined and effective!
Caleb Banks flashing and showing improvement on increased snaps was one of the biggest positives today for MIN. There’s going to be lots of extreme highs and lows with him as he gets into game shape and develops, but the rookie took a step forward today.
@MatthewColler@WiscoLytics@Michael_Fabiano For sure Dallas on pass blocking reps. I can’t see Claiborne getting more than 4-5 touches tomorrow. More so excited to see what he does with them!
This week Vikings rookie RB Demond Claiborne is going to be active for the first time (per KOC). Aaron Jones talked this week about his message to Claiborne when he was inactive last week.
I can't imagine how much better it must feel to be a young player and have Jones there to give such encouragement and mentorship.
Here's what Jones told Claiborne:
“It’s going to happen, I told him I was inactive my first NFL game,” Jones said. “I told him just take it as a chance to watch the game. It’s a little bit different from preseason. It’s a little bit faster. So stand next to the coach, hear the call and what’s being called and picture yourself in the game or what you would have done on that play.”
Jones continued…
“Then we also talk to each other every time we come back [to the sideline]. I told him, ‘I need you to be locked into the game because i need your feedback when i come to the sideline. ‘What did you see? Do you think I could have done anything different?’ He’s done a great job and I think he’s in a very great spot and i’m excited to see him.”
