@partments1671 They're complaining about a 35 yard run that set up their only TD. There are many valid things to complain about. This ain't one of them.
You watch the games right? Saints game we probably have 35+ points without 2 redzone turnovers…. Bye week kills our rhythm
We come back Jennings was overthrown by an inch
Addison big play great throw from Kyler right at the goaline called back by holding
That’s 14+ points that could’ve been
So yes the potential is there the opportunities just need to be executed.
@kylaer_ Betting and social media have made people care more about raw offensive stat totals than the actual impact defense and special teams has on winning.
Shout out Bucky Brooks for analyzing the actual performance of the Vikings team. They have the 2nd best point differential in the NFL and are the only undefeated team remaining. They should be #1 until the results show otherwise.
@LexiHartwell30 Passing the ball for 350 a game and scoring 30 points a game probably isn't happening man. The playcalling remaining bad will just lead to the same results no matter what they do.
My week 7 Vikings takeaways:
1. KOC's ego almost cost them the game. If the gameplan every week is forcing Kyler to run his ideal offense, it won't work.
2. They need to acquire a star level RB if they're serious about trying to contend. Your run game should to be the focal point of the offense.
3. The run defense will be exploited against better offenses. The offenses grace period is over. Next week needs to be similar gameplan wise to what they did vs The Saints. That works.
6-0 and the 1 seed is great. The Vikings have the best defense in the NFL. This is their best start since 2009. I'm going to choose to enjoy the success rather than bemoan things that can still be fixed.
