@FICMBondTrader@GordonGekko420 I met a white guy who has a staffing company for nurses and doctors for govt owned and Veteran hospitals. His "partner" is a black vietnam vet in a wheelchair who's never seen the inside of the office. Great scam.
@wayojason I will. You're clearly smart and capable of launching something great (did my homework). Any antagonism is rooted in true desire for your improvement. Alas, I shall h8.
@bdistel@resy Maybe consider you don't need to use AI for stupid shit like this? I wish we could ban dorks like you from societal participation.
Forget to book the res and lazily take your visibly pissed off wife to the go-to spot around the corner like a fkn man.
@mcdermott just cause your dad hated you for bein too gay for your heehaw ass hometown...don't make your they/them lookin ass better than me, my brotha.
Go'on n write ya little articles if that make you feel better, but that don't make you better than me
@wayojason its easy to 'guess' that "people are sick of WFH. But that thesis exists in your sphere of hot successful NYC ppl. The shlubs who like doing nothing from home are still the majority.
And your mktg strategy of desperate "come hang out" tweets is lazy and presumptuous.
@wayojason you were in NYC for the cowork bubble of 2010-2020. What about you is different from the countless companies that tried and failed? What are the stats on wework usage post-covid? What are stats on human behavior that indicate majority of people aren't happy wfh?
@_johnsonator mad true. You think you're rich because your house in upper arlington OH has 4beds. You aint feelin so rich after your daughter in NYC is going on month 14 of not being able to pay her rent.
@halaljew Not to mention - large % of city suburb people had parents who lived/worked in the city in 70s-early 2000s. Their memories and nostalgia get passed down. We get one generation of that - an era when NYC was more a normal (still elite) city vs. what it is today-disney for rich kids
โNot interested in working for a jewโ
This kid applied to our job on handshake, we accepted him, and then he responded this.
He probably knows nothing about Jews accept for what they tell him in college and on social media. Sad world.
@FICMBondTrader Would typically agree with you but these orthodox J kids grind through college. This kid in particular I randomly know the story: His biz is super low-cost and logical fix to a stupid inefficiency in NYC Apt leasing. Anything indicated he raised lot of money is just marketing.
