@DaleksGamertag Also try and do small things you enjoy each day - whether it's a cuppa and a biscuit, watching a fab TV show, listening to a song, watching the birds, having a nice bath etc.

@johnlbirch @stuheritage Not actually a bad idea. It gave you somewhere to keep your certificates in and something to hold onto during interviews. I think also it was designed to raise aspirations for people from less affluent areas & instill confidence and pride etc.

@johnlbirch @stuheritage Ah you missed out. It was a fancy, embossed folder for neatly presenting your cv and gsce certificates in. We also put career interview notes and aptitude test results in ours.

Keep a paper trail of everything (all phone calls etc).
Not sure how business acc set up but might be worth checking your personal credit files just for peace of mind.

I wonder whether it's because of the overall perception of an area and how people see themselves within it (a sort of a self fullfilling prophecy)? Or whether it helps people build an identity as being more than 'a criminal' or 'a junkie'?
