Still waiting for my order from @blackwellbooks from April! Have sent 2 emails and tried contacting through online form. Just want a refund now but can't get hold of them! :( #fedup
@matthaig1 It is, but there are also lots of tales of acts of kindness and people coming together to support others in their community. Setting up fb groups, running errands, helping with food deliveries etc. ๐
It's world book day so I've decide to treat myself to the latest @VivGroskop book 'lift as you climb' and Milly Johnson's 'The little dreams of Lara Cliffe' (one of this years quick reads).

@DaleksGamertag Also try and do small things you enjoy each day - whether it's a cuppa and a biscuit, watching a fab TV show, listening to a song, watching the birds, having a nice bath etc.
@matthaig1@WorldBookDayUK@britishlibrary Aww. Sorry to hear you're not feeling great. Hopefully by taking time off you'll be able to recover quicker. Pushing yourself too much is counter productive. Hope you feel better soon.
@johnlbirch@stuheritage Not actually a bad idea. It gave you somewhere to keep your certificates in and something to hold onto during interviews. I think also it was designed to raise aspirations for people from less affluent areas & instill confidence and pride etc.
@johnlbirch@stuheritage Ah you missed out. It was a fancy, embossed folder for neatly presenting your cv and gsce certificates in. We also put career interview notes and aptitude test results in ours.
