@bt_uk Hi BT, we have had our broadband cut off last night despite the agreement cut off date being the 28th July (via your online chat system) we now have no broadband and no way to work from home!
Ive spoken to a member of your team today who was most unhelpful

Took day 2 tests on 27th September registered online and posted in your drop box on A36 but had no results or email for confirmation
