The pei immigration social media page is starting one for tenants with their consent. The outpour for local businesses has been great.
Red cross gave three days and ~270$/person.
Many didn't have insurance which is awful.
@wtfschuster My rent was cheap. Now, I'm homeless with nothing but my life, Josh and my dog. I'm forever greatful for it regardless of the material items lost
@wtfschuster This was my home. There were few units with more that 2 there, so perhaps 45 tops. Many were long term renters also. Our original landlord, did no rent increases for the first 7 years. 8 years later, I personally faced 5 rate increases over the duration.

@Maureen_PEI@InfoPEI Exactly what I thought. I guess it's peaks and valleys from here on out so I can understand the inconsistency on reporting. I can imagine it's frustrating to be told "return to normal" or "it's the new normal" when the public is hit with data that sets alarms off for some folks.
@InfoPEI Question.... @CBCPEI reported that PEI is the fastest growing province in Canada, with 160,000 people in it's population... Last time I checked 74% of 160,000 was 118,400.... Did someone miscount? #GrowingPains
