@Tessadunlop I don’t see the issue. My son is in the marines and lives on a camp. People go on holiday to holiday camps. My children spent time during their holidays at dance /drama camps etc.
@shivmalik@alison_fure I don’t see forest cities being built. I see housing estates with few amenities and urban sprawl. I teach students who have so little knowledge of British wildlife that I have to stop science exams midway to explain what a thrushes and what hedgerows are.
@shivmalik@alison_fure Are you concerned about the environment? Do you have an opinion about the classification of biodiverse habitats as “grey belt”. Are you concerned about the huge loss of British Wildlife?
@ChappellJe13586@SandyofSuffolk Devon is getting crowded though as so many people have moved down, and so many new houses are being built. Clovelly, Salcombe and Woolacombe are just tourist places full of second homes. They are not proper communities year round.
@squeezyjohn The issue has grown and spread out of the cities. As you’ve said we’ve always had knives. We need knives to cook. Somehow knife crime has become more normalised and less shocking,
@MandyDavidson21@racheldavison18@RogersHistory Really? At a state school? As someone who went to an academic university who teaches in a state secondary I can say it is of no advantage at all. Teaching is all about the soft skills. Usually it’s more about the soft skills.
@colinmcfarlane hello! I was wondering whether you played Mercutio at the Young Vic in 1986. I went with my school to see the production. We caught the bus from Devon. Thanks!
