I am still trying to sort our broadband out and I've lost patience with @bt_uk 😡 this NHS worker is taking her business elsewhere. 4 days 4 phone calls and still no progress.

I'm an NHS employee having to work from home and currently trying to get through to @bt_uk to get our broadband fixed because I can't work. It's infuriating 😠 they're clearly not staffed sufficiently to support their customers. It's not good enough 😠

@Ryanair you have failed to advise your passengers that Murcia International Airport is closed ! No aircraft, no staff ! You will be picking up our additional costs for being stranded, I look forward to arguing with you 😡

@Ryanair you have left a lot of people stranded in Murcia airport - which by the way is SHUT - with no communication 😡 your still listing flights as on time but none of your passengers have heard from you or can get near a bloody air craft!
