@EastMidRailway Hi @EastMidRailway, it won't let me submit a delay repay for my journey on Friday. I was forced to abandon my journey at Nuneaton (Leeds-Sheffield-Derby-Bham New St-Nuneaton) but the delay repay wants me to enter Leicester as my destination.
@EastMidRailway hello, I know there has been an incident today. My train was terminated at Derby (I was travelling Leeds to Leicester). I went to Birmingham and then the train terminated in Nuneaton so I'm having to get a taxi. Will I be reimbursed for this?
@LNER I tried the live chat and it didn't understand the query. It did give me an email address to use though, so I've sent an email with copies of my tickets.
@LNER hi, I travelled to London from Leeds (and back again) on 3 separate occasions in January. I added my tickets to the app to get the credit back on the day the journeys took place but the credit isn't showing on the app in my LNER perks history.
@CrossCountryUK Thank you. How can it be that seats are sold out more than a week in advance? It's not ideal for business travellers like me, especially when the standard class tickets have cost £175 for the return.
@CrossCountryUK hi, I've booked to go from Leeds to Bham New St on Tuesday 10th March at 7.10am, and Bham New St to Leeds on Wednesday 11th March at 4.03pm. It hasn't reserved me any seats which is extremely disappointing as this is for business travel. Why is this?
