@SuperdrugHelp can someone explain why my order has been cancelled from the makeup I bought on the day you had buy 1 get 1 free on makeup? Happy to refund me the delivery charge but pay full price. Not acceptable. Money was also out of my account.

@MadeToHelp currently experiencing the worst customer service in life to date. 6weeks after an undelivered table I get offered 25£ & a 12week wait or they can cancel the order..but no refund of the 4 chairs I have sitting at home to match?Way to treat a 500£ order #verybadservice
