It’s been a difficult training block since falling over the dog whilst running on the ridgeway in February. With a terrific support team and amazing coach managed a PB @LondonMarathon today #WeRunTogether 3.17.25. Next stop @ChiMarathon in October #teamworkmakesthedreamwork

London marathon 2010 = 4hrs. 2022 a PB of 3hrs 23 mins. This is thanks to @WHHarriers & their coaches who arrange regular structured training sessions & 121 assistance. If you enjoy running think about joining a Club, It’s fun, social, inclusive and you will get quicker too!
