I want to thank the more than 180,000 Georgians who believed in me and this campaign enough to earn their vote.
Whether you volunteered, spread the word, or donated, I owe you a debt of gratitude and hope I’ve made you proud. We came just 2 points short of making the runoff, but the people have spoken and I respect their decision.
These races are about choosing our strongest nominee, not complaining when our preferred candidate doesn't make it. I’ve always believed it’s important not to sit on the sidelines when you know the candidates in your race well.
That’s why I am formally endorsing Deandre Mathis for Insurance Commissioner.
It’s critical that Democrats nominate the strongest possible candidate, and I believe that person is Deandre Mathis.
I’m asking everyone who supported me to come back out and vote by Tuesday, June 16th — for Deandre Mathis and for Democrats up and down the ballot in statewide and local races.
@semperfifemale@ruwaromman I'm proud of what I've accomplished. I was Peter Hubbard's manager last year, that's a statewide win and it means that Georgia Power doesn't have a rubber stamp on all their increases. You can talk about yourself, but you clearly know nothing about me or Ruwa.
Early voting will be active in every county in Georgia for five days and we need the strongest slate possible to win in November.
Voting now will show the Republicans our strength for November, so please be sure to come back out to vote.
@hannahcrileyy@JoshMcKoon Josh's main job at GAGOP is to get humiliated in elections like the PSC (worst statewide loss since the 1980s), but he also finds the time to make some pointless troll posts online. I hope he stays in charge for a long time.
This is your last chance to vote in the Democratic primary.
I’m hoping you will come out for me, Clarence Blalock, your independent voice for insurance commissioner.
Insurance is becoming unaffordable for many and big insurance is able to deny coverage because this office is in republican hands.
Let’s vote for affordability and change.
The polls are open today from 7 to 7, thank you.
Grateful to have the support of Georgia Rural Council Vice Tom McMahon.
To win in November, we need to earn votes in all 159 counties and Tom understands this well. I am humbled to have his support.
It was a pleasure to cast another ballot for my friend @ShawnForGeorgia
Georgia, it’s all hands on deck—from this runoff to when I and other statewide candidates are on the ballot next month.
Please come out tomorrow between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. at your local polling place.
Just cast my ballot for @ShawnForGeorgia. What a genuine honor to cast a ballot to return steady leadership back to my home district.
If you live in Georgia’s 14th district, I encourage you to take a minute, and cast a ballot in this election.
It was a pleasure to host @ShawnForGeorgia here in my home-county of Paulding County, GA discussing the importance of his race, my statewide run, and Georgia Democrats down the ballot.
So thankful to have candidates like General Harris who are ready to meet this moment.
I just called Eric Gisler and proudly congratulated him on his outstanding victory tonight.
Let me be clear, the momentum is on our side ahead of next years midterms, and as your candidate for Georgia Commissioner of Labor, we will deliver a resounding victory.
General Harris, the 14th Congressional District is lucky to have you.
Can’t wait to see you on the campaign trail as I run to be Georgia’s Commissioner of Labor.
Thank you for your support, Clarence. I know we didn't always agree but you've continues to work to serve Georgia, especially now with your run for Commissioner of Labor. I appreciate the unity your support shows and wish you the best in your election.
The national disgrace and my US House member is leaving (Marjorie Taylor Greene).
We have a real shot of winning the special election next year, lets all come together and support Shawn Harris and win this thing!
