U11 #1. Implications in this case are a lack of awareness on ethical moral behavior on personal time. PD needs to remind researchers and staff of behavior outside the school and the dangers of misbehavior or conduct. Educators are role models every minute, every day. #EDLD567

The mold was a smokescreen for the pressures the community was feeling with raised performance expectations and lack of communication. There were changes made to the school when Smith came on and those changes created stress for community members and their children. #EDLD567

Both court cases could be applicable depending how the group presents itself at the assembly. Sid should connivance w upper admin before deciding. Be transparent. “Cross you Ts and dot your Is” be cause this is a Slippery slope here. #EDLD567

New teacher mentor program. These mentorships are so valuable to transitioning new teachers into a new school. It helps in gaining understanding if culture in school and community. They also provide a person to turn to for advice/guidance. #EDLD567

@mclawson33 @hayleyjdonovan Yes, out dated policy which led the principal to be unaware resulting in the situation. Communication is at the heart of this problem. The police have one set of rules/laws while the school functions on another creating disconnect and misinformed persons on all sides #EDLD567
