@Clarion_Group Increase in residents satisfaction with repairs? that's not what we have been hearing. Just one example: no elec upstairs,rafters rotten, roof collapsing, rats...they will fix it in....2023!

@Rapsta65@ClarionSupport This is not at all unusual. They put you on hold rather than transfer you to the relevant department. In fact they refuse any request to transfer your call, even when you are ringing back one of their own staff at their request!
