@carnessv Is your bedroom on the 2nd floor? Allison felt it in her apartment in Fayetteville and she’s on the 3rd floor. We did not feel it but we are on a single level home in Siloam however a friend felt it in Siloam and his BR is on 2nd floor.

Happy to see @txumc ratify 294 churches and @NWTXConference ratify 145 churches to disaffiliate each in one covering motion, as almost all Conference thus far. This was a perfunctory process, sad that Arkansas didn’t see it as such.

It has become a political exercise and the fact there was coordinated block voting is just one example. This is the main reason I’m leaving.

@messyspiritual @Tyler_Cantrell Having some intimate knowledge of the situation I can share that the process was completed properly and fairly in all three churches. This was the result of targeted voting against certain pastors.

@RitterChris Having been in the room what’s more troubling is the coordination used to sink 3 churches which only occurred after the voting method changed. Add to this that 4 churches & pastors were targeted. There will be lawsuits coming out of this unless Conf Trustees act quickly to settle
