June 14 is Flag Day. On this day in 1777, the Second Continental Congress passed a resolution that declared the creation and design of the U.S. flag. The remembrance was a local or state holiday until June 1916, when President Woodrow Wilson declared Flag Day a national event.
On De 7, 1942, the Japanese government attacked US soil. The attack on Pearl Harbor killed 2,403 U.S. personnel, including sailors, soldiers and civilians. 1,178 people were wounded. 129 Japanese soldiers were killed. Nearly half of those deaths were on the USS Arizona

Please remember….think of others while using fireworks this year. Especially for Veterans who suffer from PTSD.
Fireworks produce noises much like gunshots, and unexpected fireworks can/will cause physical and mental distress in those directly affected by the tragedy.
