@UtilitaEnergy I cant top up and i cant get hold of anyone on the phone or via online webchat! Me and my kids have been without heating for over 24 hours now! And its -6 outside! We were suppost to have our meters swapped over to credit meters! Furious doesnt even come close!

@KatieVickers31 @HM_Passport My birth certificate.. mine was a name change as im divorced.. yet my maiden name is on my marraige certificate 🤦‍♀️ which they have.. aswell as my decree absolute 🤦‍♀️ and they wouldnt accept my bank statement because it didnt have my middle name on it 🙄

They'd of known that the photo wasnt up to scratch when they 1st checked your application, why not just say at the time they requested the documents 🙄 did u get notified they had recieved your further documents? X

@Fridgwick @KellyRotobo @HM_Passport Exactly the same as you.. told on the 6th that they needed my birth certificate, due to me gping back to my maiden name.. yet they had my marraige cert and my divorce papers 🙄 recieved the 7th.. nothing since, that was to bootle xx
