@passportwaiting Passport office asked for more documentation today, immediately sent. We’ve been told our application doesn’t start again and it carries on from its place in the queue. Anyone have experience of this please and if so timescales? We fly in 2 weeks x

@HM_Passport We managed to speak to someone at the passport office. Apparently it doesn’t start all over again but it does add a few days onto the application. So if your documents arrive by Monday, they should be linked by Friday x

@HM_Passport Can you tell me please? If new supporting docs have to be sent, does the applications place in the queue start all over again???? We’re due to fly in 2 weeks, please help x

@HM_Passport if the incorrect supporting docs were sent with the application, does the whole process start again in terms of the applications place in the queue? We are due to fly in 2 weeks and now im panicking!
