TikTok has overhyped this place. There’s barely anything to do theres no TV, sauna, steam room, or pool. It’s a place to unwind and escape technology. With so much potential, it could be better and offer more.

Disappointing experience at TK Maxx Oxford St today. Asked a manager (Ana) about a damaged item & she replied, “You’re not wearing the box, are you?” Completely unprofessional tone. A simple “sorry, no discount” would’ve been fine. Customer service really needs attention @TKMaxx.
