@PostOffice Not sure if she was having a bad day but it doesn’t hurt to be polite. I work in customer service and I’d never dream of blanking a customer or not serving them with a smile and offering help and being polite.

@PostOffice Not a very nice lady staff member in your Dereham post office, my first time going in there as my mum normally posts for me, and she didn’t even treat me with any respect & talked down to me as I wasn’t used to doing it. Doesn’t hurt to be polite.

@PostOffice It was yesterday at 4:52pm. It was an older lady staff member, it was my first time in there, she wasn’t very welcoming and seemed cold and blank. I said ‘my mum normally does this for me so I’m sorry if I ask any silly questions!’ and I didn’t get any reply, or acknowledgement
