So I worked 23 h between 3pm 31st December to 2 pm Saturday 1st January on normal pay, not double! With no hot food and empty vending machines! Disgraceful and scandalous!

@NICU_Musings @sbernsteinmd @jramonfernandez @heli_med_james @jamestooley 1st dose ETT, and as soon as UVC is in, go for it! NRP 8th says 1ml/kg of epi, not 0.5-1/kg. It’s worth the shot, even if don’t remember babies recovering only with the ETT dose and not needing to use the epi via UVC.
