@StubHub how do I get any customer support from you guys? It's saying my account doesn't exist and the order number in my email from you won't pull my tickets up either. When I call it says call back tomorrow even though your customer service hours say you're open Monday-Friday.
@TeamStubHub my event got cancelled. Why am I not being refunded my actual money and only being issued a credit that I probably can't use because we're in a pandemic with shows being cancelled all the time?
