@Lenskart_com@peyushbansal are literally forcing people for a photo for anything at their stores, want to place order need photo, want to pick order for someone else, need photo. Such an invasion of privacy. No consent, no question, even before you can react.
@AHSANKHARBAI@Flipkart I have an @amazonIN order which never got processed though not as old !!!! Several excuses and calls later, it never got resolved. I think I will wait for that call 6 years later!!!
I have already raised a complaint regarding this. The initial reaction from @Flipkart : "There is no method to raise complaint against seller who sells pirated content", On insisting Flipkart has registered a complaint. @jagograhakjago
Its just sad that one has to tell "It's ok to have #mentalillness, and to take a break"
If I have Malaria I won't have to explain, I need to take a break because of malaria.
Am I happy having malaria? No.
Can I do something about it? Yes.
Should I care what others think? Hell no
So the ENT specialist at the hospital that I work doesn't want to assess hearing and speech disability in people with intellectual disability.
His claim, anything central is neurological problem. So many kids with multiple disabilities are just ignored.
Some time back I started to feel that life is not making any sense. Some pre-mid-life, mid-life crisis, I guess. So I did what I thought was not the best thing to do. And started watching Futurama again.
@PTI_News Why is this guy still IMA chief? I never had trust in @IMAIndiaOrg with them prompting bulbs, paints and what not. And now this. I am never going to be a part of IMA in this life. That's for sure.
@TheSpartanGal Here is another resource: https://t.co/7JOMvL7KoT
Official translation by Commission For Scientific and Technical Terminology.
Hope this will be helpful.
@doc_santanu@TheSpartanGal @mpowerpsychdoc Also there are few online resources for english to sanskrit dictionary which can be cross referenced.

If anyone knows other resources, ease share.
@doc_santanu@TheSpartanGal @mpowerpsychdoc Again, I am not a translation or language expert but that's the term I have heard and saw experts use most frequently for mania. To find exact literal translation is difficult and many times patient may not understand what we say using such words. So mania is simply called "तेजी"
@TheSpartanGal Although I am not a language expert but here are some suggestions:
व्यसन: Addiction
विरुद्ध: Against (medical advice) not विरोधी
Behaviour: व्यवहार (therapy)
Ego: अहं
Psychological therapy: मनोव्यज्ञानिक चिकित्सा
How many of you #Psychiatrist working in Govt setup get letter forwarded from Collectors and Magistrate where family members have requested an order to be passed for a patient to get admitted at "pagal khana" mental asylum?
Whats the correct way to deal with this stupidity?
@srinivasaiims This is a form of victim blaming. For decades investment in public health by Govt had been abysmal. No hiring for regular jobs, poor pay structure.
What does Govt do? Arm twist doctors and bonded labour. And when that doesn't work, bad mouth the whole medical community.
Without this we are in eternal darkness. And certification for disability for Mental Illness will remain a challenge. A poorly understood and addressed challenge. A challenge many want to speak about but not work for providing solutions.
#Disability certification in #MentalIllness How convenient is it?
The RPWD2016 act included #MentalIllness in the list of disorders which can be certified for disability.
Subsequently a guideline was published in 2018 for the process of certification.
1/n
We need clarity about
1 What disorder can be certified in mental illness?
2 When to certify (duration, treatment etc)
3 Tools for assessment and not just IDEAS
4 Validity of certification (in months, years)
5 When to deny certification.
And much more.
