@DukeEnergy replaced a streetlight behind my house with a bulb (brighter than the sun) that creates “light pollution” into my bedroom windows. I contacted @DukeEnergy to remedy the issue and was told it’s MY responsibility to contact my local government. Thanks for nothing?

@FedEx driver delievered my package to mailbox but said they left at front door 🙄 …only picture for the delivery was my mailbox. USPS took the package when they came for regular service. All on video. @FedExHelp what should I do?
