@Ryandally08 Labor have...so far...increased the shortage of homes by an average of 138 every day, while importing an average of 1088 people every day. Looking at the ABS figures, I don't understand why we let it continue. https://t.co/EhwTj1CKqR
House we rent has been sold so we were given 30 days notice today. 3rd time in 4 years. There aren't any suitable rentals we can even apply for. Last one we tried for had about 40 people at the viewing...we even offered 12 months rent up front. Meanwhile immigration continues.
@JEChalmers Excellent. Offering a years rent in advance isn’t enough to secure a home to rent due to your immigration catastrophe, so a few extra dollars is bound to make the difference
I just went through and updated my developed world per capita migration statistics data.
Again Australia remains an outlier, even after the Albanese government's cuts.
We have better age demographics than most of these nation's, but a much larger intake than the average.
Two hundred and twenty-five thousand. That’s over 600 a day, 24/7.
We’re not building the infrastructure for that many. We don’t have the housing for that many. The economy doesn’t need that many.
The whole immigration industry needs to be shutdown and reformed. It’s not working for Australia. It’s not working for Australians.
The reason we have mass immigration during a housing crisis is corruption.
Seriously, it's like a building is on fire and they're coming out with weak as piss excuses not to put it out.
The government is corrupt, the unions are corrupt and the corporations that benefit from mass immigration are the ones doing the corrupting.
So you pay me, and take tax. I buy stuff, you tax me again. I fill up the car, you tax me twice again. I buy a house, I pay another 10? taxes? I pay into super, you tax it. I invest my few remaining dollars, and you want 47% of my profits too?
@VoteLewko@Peterwr3 Like fuck. How about 15,000 South African farmers who are being victimised due to the colour of their skin. They’d assimilate far better and without the terrorism threat
