one day i think people will realize that AI support slop and outsourcing to underpaid support staff brings their company more harm than good

hire a real support team, pay them well, have a head of support who isnt an afk middle manager to train & manage them well, then give them responsibilities aligned with what you pay them

especially in the gambling space, theres 0 reason for low quality support

last 3 days ive posted huge wins on Duel originals, check my profile, its the same for crash, ppl win big on it all the time but youve gotta be lucky

even with 100% rtp you are gambling, gambling doesnt guarantee that youre going to win, gambling comes with the risk of losing - those arent just random buzzwords ppl say, they mean smth.....

in the long run Duel's originals are way better since you arent having your bankroll drained slowly by the casino over time meaning it is truly even chance gambling - but again YOU CAN STILL LOSE, especially if youre chasing big wins or playing skill based games like blackjack poorly, instead of running even 50/50 bets
