Im an high roller (down 45k and got 267c in rewards on empire) not relevant but so you know it’s not about 50 usd. I noticed a bug on empire they claimed was impossible.

@EmpNugget So you claim it had been reported before? How come both your support and provider said this was impossible to happen? How can I trust you when I know they were affected when you lied several times about the first bet?

Even though I claimed the bets were affected in the beginning and the provider said no first. As they lied about the other as well

When they said one bets was refunded I was happy at least one of the three (1200c+ per bet) was refunded. After that they claimed I was TO LATE to get the other 2 bets checked out. To late to get a refund im eligible for according to their TOC.

So I referred my brother to duel. They claimed self referral. I was super suprised and asked for any kind of evidence. They can’t send it. Also he wagered way less before. (1)
