i've had issues with chainge in the past before Kaspa (with other coins), have been outspoken about my warnings but no one listened. it took me months before i can get my coins out which by then the price has dumped hard and i was stuck unable to do anything about it. You can look back at their telegram history and you would find their previous issues with other coins and people have been complaining there non-stop during that time before kaspa.
