This has been a awful experience with @creamscafepeckham I had ordered dessert and icecream for a special occasion and they had no cutlery which was told to me at the end the customer service was very rude and not customer focused as I was ignored. Emails attached!

@Uber_Support how would I make a high official complaint? As I took my wife to hospital and ordered a Uber and the baby seat could not fit a seat belt around it fully and the driver said that belt the front and push the chair back and hold the baby. I am very disappointed
