@JJSharpers I don’t think it’s down to pay. Indeed I would move that pay isn’t a motivator with regar DS to specials. I’d suggest that it’s down to the frequent confusion between the words volunteer and amateur. Specials can be a huge benifit is they are brought in at a strategic level.
