US Highway 77 (north and southbound lanes) at Maguire Road in Noble is experiencing detours and lane closures as a result of a possible gas leak. Please use caution when driving in that area. Avoid if at all possible.

Our deputies served a warrant at a property in Newalla. They received a tip that an individual uploaded child pornography to a social media platform. After searching the home, investigators arrested 27-year-old Luis Jurado-Ruiz.

Our investigators arrested 36-year-old Allan Randall Mullins for threatening a Cleveland County Judge, as well as a local resident. Earlier this week, Mullins presented these threats in a video on social media. He was arrested on four counts of threatening an act of violence.

Sheriff Amason stopped by the Courthouse for a meeting with transport and judicial deputies, sponsored by BRCC Oklahoma City. This is the second of a series of meetings where Sheriff Amason gets to talk one-on-one with his deputies about future goals, concerns, and to fellowship.
