Attending a fantastic CPD event today – flipping the script and teaching the teacher with @SeafoodScotland Miss Pollock just made fresh mussels in a Thai-spiced sauce. Amazing flavours, great inspiration for the classroom! @ClevedenSec42 #seafoodinschools
