Ieri il Parlamento europeo ha votato per far passare con procedura d'urgenza il cosiddetto Chat Control: 331 favorevoli, 304 contrari.

Ancora una volta ci raccontano che è "per proteggere i bambini". Hanno davvero rotto i coglioni.

Ogni volta il copione è identico. Se vuoi più controllo tiri fuori una categoria che nessuno osa mettere in discussione. I pedofili. I minori. Durante il Covid gli anziani. Domani sarà qualcos'altro.

Il problema non è perseguire i criminali. Quello è sacrosanto.

Il problema è normalizzare l'idea che le comunicazioni private possano essere sottoposte a controlli sempre più invasivi, e che chiunque osi chiedere limiti e garanzie venga trattato come se fosse dalla parte dei criminali.

Le libertà non spariscono da un giorno all'altro. Si restringono un pezzo alla volta, sempre con una motivazione che sembra inattaccabile.

Se questa è la direzione che l'Europa vuole prendere, sta scegliendo un modello di sorveglianza sempre più invasivo. E quando un'infrastruttura del genere esiste, non puoi sapere come verrà usata fra qualche anno, n�� da chi.

Let's start debunking this image

First, you ask two questions—which are your “gotcha” questions—so you can later use them against them. The answers to those questions are simple and straightforward:
“What is this drawing of?” Fictional anime characters
“And what exactly about it excites you?” Cute and funny
It's not a drawing of children, it's a fictional character, the arousal comes from the artistic design, the aesthetics, etc. Not from an attraction to real children. Asking “What turns you on?” while assuming it's because it's a child is already jumping to a false conclusion and says a lot about you and what's coming next in the image.

2. "CP is still CP whether it’s 2D, 3D"
Not only are you wrong about the definition of CP/CSAM/CSEM, but you also don't know why it's wrong
CP/CSAM/CSEM is wrong and illegal not because it offends us, not because it looks ugly—it’s wrong and illegal primarily because it causes physical, emotional, and psychological harm to real children, leading to trauma that can last for many years or, in some cases, make it impossible for them to live with that trauma.
Fictional characters such as lolis or anime characters cannot be victims of this because THEY SIMPLY DO NOT EXIST; they are not human beings with feelings—they are just drawings of fictional characters; they are objects, not real people.

Furthermore, your arguments about “phenotypes” are easily refuted by these points:
-Pedophilia is sexual attraction to real prepubescent children, not to drawings of fictional characters.
-Anime characters have impossible proportions (large heads, giant eyes, physically impossible bodies). They do not replicate real children’s phenotypes.
-Claiming that “everything in animation comes from real life” is a fallacy. If that were true, then any character with elf ears, magical powers, or exaggerated proportions would also be “based on reality” in a problematic way
Conclusion: By definition, sexualizing a stylized drawing is not the same as sexualizing a real child.

This is pure malicious speculation.
You're assuming, without evidence, that:
- Everyone who consumes lolicon is a pedophile
- They only consume it because they can't have the real thing

There are many people who consume lolicon without being attracted to the real thing
Just as there are people who like tentacle hentai
People who like furry or monster hentai
Or even rape hentai
And all those people, by default, aren’t attracted to the real thing
What you’re doing is making personal attacks, not presenting a real argument

4. “The exposure normalizes and escalates desire.”

This is an argument that’s been repeated far too often, but there’s no solid evidence to support it—even if we look for it, the evidence actually refutes that point.

If lolicon normalizes this and drives people to commit crimes in real life, then explain why countries where lolicon is illegal have MORE rape and child molestation rates than Japan, where lolicon originated. (1st image)

5. Your argument after this takes on an extremist-religious tone
-You propose social punishments and “something more permanent” than prison
-You use religious arguments: “When Jesus returns, they won’t enter heaven”
This is no longer a rational debate. It’s a desire for punishment and social exclusion for consuming fiction. It’s the same kind of logic that was used against homosexuality or certain types of pornography in the past.

6. “Don’t let them gaslighth you"

This is a preventive attack.
Any argument you refute (fiction ≠ reality, there are no victims, freedom of expression, etc.) is dismissed out of hand as a “pedophile’s handbook.” It’s a way to avoid a real debate.
