@flagshipcarwash The only thing that makes sense here is clearly knowing how to cancel flagship membership without pulling a tooth. Their strategy seems to make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership.

@flagshipcarwash The only way to reach flagship customer service is now officially down. I have been trying to connect with flagship team to cancel my membership, but their live chat (the only way) has been down. It won’t be fair if flagship charge customers (that want to cancel) credit card.

@flagshipcarwash You make it easy to stick to new year resolutions, but make it extremely difficult for customers to cancel their membership..Not fair, Not acceptable and Not pleasant. I will advise folks to always ask flagship how to cancel membership before signing up. Very important question!
