@BandQ it’s all good taking payments and promising to deliver but when is time to rectify your mistake of damaged good and missing parcels is radio silence.
@bandq_help hi b&q. I’m really hoping someone can help. I’m having an awful time trying to get an item collected for return. An order was supported in store and the wrong item was delivered. I had to wait 8 weeks for delivery and now 4 weeks for collection.

@bandq_help I have been trying to contact your new Malden store for the last few days and no one is picking up the phone, ive got two numbers one ending in 3500 and 8622 but no one is picking up. Can you please assist as this is getting fustrating.

@bandq_help I am appalled by your customer service. Delivered a faulty washing machine on 05/02. I formally rejected it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 on 14/02 within my 30-day legal window. B&Q then unlawfully cancelled my return, ignoring my emails & stonewalling my calls! Order #1059745141. Fix this. #ConsumerRights #BandQ
