@DisneyPlusHelp can you explain why when I pay a stupid amount per month I can either have English subtitles on but none for foreign languages spoken during the show OR english subtitles off and foreign language translated in subtitles. Surely to god that has to be an easy fix!!

Got to love @BritishGas try to get a refund (hundreds in credit) after talking to a foreign chat agent all they do is promise its getting sorted. Try to raise a complaint - solution = chat. What a farce. If I was hundreds in arrears my gas would be off.
