@smh To dumb down a planning system to a simplistic focus on a rail line - when that's a *slither* of the infrastructure residents need - shows the system is corrupt.

We need ALL the EXTRA infrastructure (parks, schools, hospitals, recreational, childcare, etc) BEFORE more density.

We have two choices:

1. Continue the corrupted BAU model of growth in consumption & population, cobbled together w/ techno-fixes until collapse.
