@JACOProsecutor Melesa, How is an unchallenged 38 page order from the trial judge overturning the wrongful conviction of Ken Middleton, not information of an erroneous conviction as RSMo. 547.031 states? The COA refused to address on a jurisdictional technicality this law actually corrects!

@torianoporter But he’s perfectly fine with the judiciary ruling that a trial judge doesn’t have jurisdiction to correct her own case. Leaving a innocent 81 year old man in prison to die!! Make it make sense!!

Police destroyed gunshot residue among other things that the trial judge ruled could have created reasonable doubt when she overturned the conviction. Yet, your office continues to hide behind a jurisdictional technicality to keep a proven wrongfully convicted 81 year old man in prison. Is that integrity Melesa?
