Govt held taskforce meeting on Sep. 30. on renewable energy deployment to discuss types of solar projects eligible for support under Japan’s FIT/FIP scheme. As for agrivoltaics, taskforce plans to have more discussions in FY2027, to gauge the impact of planned rule changes.

政府は9/30、再エネ主力電源化小委を開催。今回もFIT/FIP制度で支援重点化すべき太陽光発電の事業類型について引き続き議論しました。営農型太陽光の取り扱いについては、FY2027年度に検討していく方針を示しました。

9月25日に経済産業省の産業構造審議会排出量取引制度小委員会が開催。排出量取引制度（GX-ETS）に関し、上下限価格に係る措置について議論された。
上限価格については「みなし保有措置」の発動要件、下限価格についてはリバースオークションやその後の売渡しの設計などが示された。
次回以降は、バンキング適正化措置や割当量等の公表について議論する予定。

On 9/25, Japan’s govt committee met to discuss measures related to the upper and lower limit prices under the Japan’s emissions trading system (GX-ETS).
Proposed trigger conditions for covering allowance shortfalls at the upper-limit price were presented; for the lower limit, the design of a reverse-auction and resale mechanism was outlined.
From the next meeting onward, the committee plans to discuss measures related to allowance banking and the publication of allocation amounts and related information.
