@YouTube Really need your help restoring our brand channel! Our content disappeared and we're trying to restore it. Tried FAQs and community message board but didn't get any helpful info. Can you point us in the right direction? Thanks!

@TeamYouTube It was deleted less than a year ago, but is not appearing in the deleted brand accounts in the Google Brand Accounts page for the former brand channel manager or intended brand channel manager. That's the problem: there's no record of the channel or it being deleted anywhere.

@TeamYouTube Yes, that's what we think but don't know because no one received a termination notice that the brand channel would be terminated. The channel just disappeared.

When we log in using the former employee's email and google account, there's no record of a teminated channel.

@TeamYouTube As that former employee's manager, I took over their email account after they left and did not receive any channel termination notice or opportunity to appeal.

@TeamYouTube Ok thank you. We suspect the problem arose from our attempt to transfer management of the channel from a former employee. The email that they used to log in and manage our company channel is now inactive, so it's not possible to log in to the proper account and submit the appeal
