Dr Dewi Evans is being defamed and abused after five years working directly with the evidence in the Letby case, simply because he refuses to bend to Dimitrova’s chosen narrative.

This is the same woman whose report, co-authored with Dr Neil Aiton, led to a still-employed doctor being accused of killing a baby in a live broadcast, despite pathologist Dr Marnerides confirming the injury occurred after death.

She’s not just criticising Dr Evans, she’s insinuating cognitive decline. The language is calculated: “confused,” “distressed,” “unable to emotionally self-regulate.” It’s not analysis, it’s character assassination she attempts to dress up as concern.

The @gmcuk sets clear standards: doctors must treat colleagues with respect, avoid unfounded claims, and uphold professional integrity in public discourse. A practicing paediatrician publicly abusing and defaming Dr Evans in this way appears to fall very far short of those standards.

Surely you’re as horrified as I am by this narrative. It demands condemnation.

In India we had Govt hospitals heavily subsidised-long queues, very understaffed (No unqualified substitutes though)
And if u can afford u could go to Private hospitals well staffed, better facilities
