@thrashman10 The wife bought a Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport back in September. It’s our first Honda and I must say it’s been great. She commutes 45 minutes to SHSU for work each day and her mileage sits around 33-35 mpg. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and all the baseball bags, chairs, etc.
@EricNahlin Wow! @EricNahlin We all make stupid comments from time to time. We shake it off, regroup, and try to do better next time. However, for you to continue to spiral the way you have in this situation is inexcusable. Congrats on successfully dismantling any respect you had earned.
The last time a @TexasFootball QB had a performance like this in a bowl game against @UMichFootball and returned the following season, the Longhorns hoisted the National Championship trophy the following season. 🤘🏼
Texas has more wins against ranked opponents than any school IN THE COUNTRY since joining the SEC.
The FALLACY that the Longhorns haven’t played anyone MUST end.
This team would have gone DEEP in the College Football Playoff.
Bijan Robinson has 2,026 Yards with multiple games remaining this season
He’s playing out of his mind and I just feel like it’s not appreciated enough man
Only 5 RB’s in NFL History have cleared 2,300+ Rushing and Receiving Yards..
Bijan’s on the brink of joining elite company
2005 Texas Longhorns
13-0
37 Point Average Margin of Victory in Conference Games.
Won Conference Championship by 67 points.
Beat the “Team of the Century”
Vince Young with one of the GREATEST individual performances of all time.
This! Howell feasted on weak competition to pad stats. In games against quality competition, he was a non-factor.
On the other hand, Collin Simmons took over games against solid competition. Simmons could have done even more if PK didn’t have him dropping into coverage so much!
AP First Team All-American Cashius Howell had 0 sacks against Notre Dame, Texas, and Miami
Colin Simmons faced tougher competition, had just 0.5 less sacks than Howell, outplayed Howell in the rivalry game and he wasn’t named to any of the AP All-American Teams???🤦♂️
I mean, facts are facts! They were finally exposed when they had to play Texas and Miami followed suit.
For what it’s worth, Notre Dame got better as the season progressed. Early season Notre Dame was not of the same quality as last season Notre Dame.
Outside of a win over Notre Dame, a team that Miami also beat, Texas A&M had one win over a team that finished with 8+ wins (a win over 8-4 Missouri).
A good season for them and a step forward, but a relatively fraudulent 11-2 when you look at their schedule
Given all the Texas A&M songs that say negative things about the University of Texas, seems a little weird the Kyle Field crowd has fully embraced a song named after a Longhorns basketball player.
#Texas defense did exactly what you want to do against Marcel Reed — force into throwing downfield.
Reed was 3-9 passing with 2 INT on attempts over 10+ yards downfield
On 41 dropbacks, Texas blitzed only 6 times. PK basically said “your arm won’t beat us” and he was dead right
@NashTalksTexas This is a stat I’ve been complaining about since Saturday
An early recovery on the kickoff vs Florida could have drastically changed how things played out
At Kentucky, I can easily think of 5 fumbles Texas failed to recover - 2 muffed punts, 2 RB fumbles, and a strip sack
@thrashman10 Essentially 5 missed fumble recovery opportunities:
2 muffed punts
2 RB fumbles
1 strip sack
Who knows, maybe there were more I missed. Terrible!
@CJVogel_OTF I have to agree, CJ. It’s too busy. Most importantly, ESPN’s multi-view games are generally games of little concern or impact to me. Things might be different if I were able to choose the games I wanted in the quad!!
@_delconte It’s been a while since I’ve been to a game unfortunately, but I agree. I always hated sitting behind some with personal seat backs. The rented versions were never as bad as those brought by fans.
