It’s a general cognitive trap: once the big problems are mostly solved, enthusiasts naturally migrate toward debating increasingly smaller variables because those are what’s left to argue about.

The danger is that discussion becomes dominated by things that are measurable rather than things that are most consequential.

Fix: Spend more time doing the thing, then talking/arguing about it
