@lukepierceops I’m building similar to #16, my own food retail biz. Years of foodservice have me including the path for restaurants as well. And thankful I’ve always had a propensity to collect data. It’s a huge miss for folks that aren’t!
@elvissun I feel this. A lot. Not in tech, I run a butcher shop. Also like new toys.
I’ve spent way more hours than needed arguing with a machine. But… I learned to imagine what was possible.
As of now, back to doing the things that make me money. Without a nagging assistant
@KSimback Good stuff. And I’d say from my view- tech minded but work in an old school industry, it’s super helpful after the learning curve.
About 4 weeks in, but my retail butcher shop now has item by item sales tracking tied to loyalty in ways that nothing over the counter touches.
@rileybrown I own a butcher shop, classically very low tech world…

@waitbutwhy@SwipeWright Maybe the problem lies in having only a left and right to choose from? American politics have become a right or wrong instead of what is good for the people. If we only have two options there’s no middle ground where most of us lie.
@ChefPhillipDell@yodersmokers@ROCharcoal My tradition this time of year is opening a bottle of @jordanwinery cab. Started with a vertical 12 years ago, opened a 2009 vintage tonight. Gives me an excuse to reload every year at least ;)
.@tferriss happy to see our local leader @themarilynyork in your email yesterday. Don’t miss her commercials if you want a good laugh! #5BulletFriday
