@bookwormengr Not just their IPO, but their adressable enterprise market if they are allowd back to serving non-us citizens too. All enterprises will now be diversifying more away from US providers for pure resilience if nothing else.
@MarbleClimate Given the ban from US authorities on non-us Citizens to use Anthropics SOTA models, there is a CTO there currently unable to use his own product. Heard he is exceptionally good. ;)
@scaling01 1. Try out some decent orchestrating harness agents
2. Listen to some old but great Founders podcasts
3. Start thinking through what Glynne Shotwell's comment yesterday about using the new market power from the IPO to aquire AI companies could mean...
@s8mb Dear EU Comission, EU Parliament, UK Government, Norwegian Government...
Build. Stop talking. Stop giving us talking points. Stop debating. Stop telling us vision. Stop talking about your intent. Build!
Energy. Compute. - Build!
🚨England have been broken into at their base in Kansas City😳🤯
Match boots, training gear, coaching staff equipment, balls and match-day uniforms have all been STOLEN❌
England staff are ‘scrambling’ to try and replace these items😬
Yep, we all see that. But the somewhat longer term effect is:
- It has crashed the IPO valuations of both Anthropic and OpenAI
- It has contracted their B2B markets because enterprises will to a larger degree diversify with non-us models
How much and for how long, I guess will be decided by if this is a pattern that will be repeated.
