By day I’m SVP of Data Strategy at Nymbus, helping banks and credit unions get more value from their data.
On the side I’m building Banktelligence — an AI intelligence workspace designed for the people who lead, analyze, and advise financial institutions.
The goal is simple: turn consequential questions into evidence-backed understanding. Better signals about your own institution, your market, and the forces shaping the industry.
Still early. Learning in public.
If you’re a bank or credit union leader who’s ever wished the data answered the real questions faster, I’d love to hear what you’re running into.

@MeetScanley Absolutely. Banktelligence is designed to complement LLMs connected to a bank's internal data, bringing curated external market, competitor, and economic intelligence into the same analysis.

@MitchWeight You gotta tell me about the Mac Studio … I get the Mac Mini’s … I have a few of them running myself. How does the Studio fit into your agentic workflow? Images and creative content?
@FriedScones Love your post and your people! My ancestors settled the SLV also. We’re probably cousins! Was just there for Pioneer Days last week. Super proud of my heritage.
@JReubenCIark Algebra I-> Geometry -> Algebra II/Trig -> PreCalc. There’s a natural progression. The courses build on each other. Skip Geometry and aspects of Trig don’t make sense.
Wrapping up the summer before everyone back to school. Spent some time in the high country. Camping, fishing, and enjoying being with my sons at 10,000 ft.
My 3rd great grandparents were in the Willy company. When they left Denmark for Zion their oldest son was asked to stay behind as a missionary. The mission President promised that they would be blessed on their trip. They survived the many hardships of the handcart pioneers and were blessed by those in the SL valley who received them. Their faith and courage has blessed many generations of our family.
I’ve been interested in geology for a long time. John McPhee’s “Annals of the Former World” captivated me. Last week I discovered Nick Zentner's YouTube channel. Binge watching geology basics this weekend. https://t.co/OkrhKskdtl
Snow at the farm this morning. Probably been 20+ years since I’ve seen snow this late. No power since 3am. 20 large transmission poles down. Broken trees everywhere

I can listen to them online and read them on my devices, but the most effective way for me to study and learn is by reading the words on paper, marking and notating, and then summarizing or indexing by hand on notecards or a separate notebook.
I’ve taken the same approach to GC talks. I reformat them to be printed in my “study journal” where I can mark and notate them, just like other scriptures
Our stake and ward have recently emphasized Circles as the primary communication tool. A lot of us hadn’t looked at it since it was released a few years ago. It is a much better tool/experience than when it was originally released. The members seem really pleased with it and it is effective.
This means that broad pro-growth policies like housing deregulation can raise birthrates even without specific subsidies for parents or childcare specific reforms.
Falling fertility is one of the world’s most pressing challenges but we can grow our way out of it!
