That’s why players like Bellingham and Bruno will always be clear of pedri. Bro literally covered every blade of grass and still dropped a goal and an assist

Listening to a group of analysts and engineers discuss a KSh 10M+ RAG and data warehouse tender they just bagged at this ungodly hour makes me happy.
Congrats, Clinton and @vik_theAfrican from Cohort 6!
🚨🎙️Defoe on Bruno Fernandes getting talked about more than Arsenal:
“Bruno Fernandes getting talked about more than Arsenal winning the premier league after 22 years is very funny… Arsenal waited for this after many years just for one individual to overshadow them.
Just imagine winning the league in 22 years, and one individual out of no where breaks an all time record and all of a sudden, he is the one getting talked about more… that’s how big Manchester United is.
I’m not saying Arsenal is a small club…” (Laughs)
Is AI going to replace you?
Today, I had the privilege of debunking common myths, separating fact from fiction, and discussing how AI agents are transforming business processes when implemented correctly.

A practical usecase AI Agents.
Last month, @Chiiraqi and I worked on a project that showed us something simple:
Most businesses are not losing leads.
They are losing conversations that should become deals.
Here is what we found... 🧵
Instead of watching an hour of Netflix, watch this 2 hour hour Stanford lecture will teach you more about how LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude are built than most people working at top AI companies learn in their entire careers.
The appropriate way to get the best out of your data team as a business owner is by passing them the problem you want to get a solution for. Give as much details into the problem as you can. And what a viable solution looks like.
Then Let them go torture the data till it confesses to every problem.
If you build a visualization and just one person says, “this is cool”…
My guy, you’ve tried.
Visualization is not beans. It’s not straightforward.
Two people can look at the same dashboard and see completely different things.
Some care about accuracy.
Some care about speed.
Some… just like how it looks.
That’s the truth many people don’t say.
Beyond functionality, design pulls people in.
A clean chart can make someone curious.
Curiosity makes them explore.
Exploration is what leads to insight.
So yes, your SQL can be perfect.
Your model can be solid.
But if nobody wants to look at it… you’ve lost half the battle.
Data is logic.
Visualization is emotion.
The best dashboards win with both.
If you want to level up as a backend engineer in 2026, consider reading these 7 books:
1) Clean Code
2) Head First Design Patterns
3) Designing Data-Intensive Applications
4) Fundamentals of Data Engineering
5) Database Internals
6) Building Microservices
7) Head First Software Architecture
Which other book would you add to this list?
