Today, seven outstanding new Deputy Attorneys General were sworn in to serve Hoosiers across Indiana.
From fighting for consumers and handling complex government litigation to managing civil appeals and enforcing regulatory compliance, these dedicated individuals bring fresh talent and resolve to our mission. Together, they will help fortify the rule of law and deliver even stronger results for our state.
Our office, along with a 14-state coalition, is calling on the EPA to put tighter controls on the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone. This dangerous drug is flooding America’s waterways in growing amounts through chemically tainted medical waste from at-home abortions. Once flushed, it risks contaminating our public drinking water and puts everyone, especially pregnant women who accidentally drink even small amounts at risk.
This is a completely preventable threat that demands action and shouldn't be taken lightly.

Congratulations to Coach @CCignettiIU on being named one of @TIME Magazine’s most influential figures in sports!
What an incredible honor for a coach who transformed the Indiana football program — leading the Hoosiers to back-to-back College Football Playoff appearances, a perfect 16-0 season, and the program’s first-ever national championship this year.
For the first time ever, the @HHSGov Office of the Surgeon General has issued a formal warning on the serious harms of excessive screen use by children. The advisory rightly highlights the growing physical, mental, emotional, and developmental damage linked to too much screen time. This is an important wake-up call for parents and caregivers across Indiana.
Our office has worked hard to ensure that parents and caregivers are equipped to protect children online from predators and scammers. From our lawsuit against Roblox and Discord, to raising awareness about human trafficking, to increasing transparency between schools and parents through the Eyes on Education portal. It is becoming clear, however, that while technology can be of benefit, screen time in and of itself can be dangerous if excessively consumed. This is something that we all, as parents, should contemplate more deeply.
Thank you, @SecKennedy, for taking strong action to Make America Healthy Again.

Republicans want a leader with a vision as our next Secretary of State, not just an office administrator.
Max Engling is the best candidate to work with the General Assembly to close our primaries and hold dangerous chameleon carriers accountable.
He has my full support at next week’s convention
This milestone in our country's history is not only about looking back at the past. It’s also about looking to the future. What will the next 250 years look like? It is up to each one of us to fight to uphold the liberties afforded us by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in our counties, schools, and in our homes.
Had a blast celebrating Freedom and America's 250th birthday with fellow Hoosier patriots at the Kosciusko County Freedom Fest in Warsaw!
Thank you, Mike Loher, Ken Locke, and the Freedom Fest committee for your hard work and vision in bringing this event together. From the volunteers serving food, to the Warsaw High School JROTC, to the sound and equipment crew, to the veterans, to all of the families, it was truly a community event.
I enjoyed getting to meet so many of you. Thank you for trusting me to serve as your Attorney General during this historic milestone. It's something that I will never take for granted.
If you aren’t ready to potentially have a disabled child then you’re not ready for parenthood. Your child could become disabled at any period in their life.
On this day 82 years ago, thousands of young Americans stormed the beaches of Normandy, France. They didn’t do it for glory — they did it to defeat evil and secure freedom for people they would never know. Their courage on D-Day helped save the world.
Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice and unbreakable spirit of our Greatest Generation. Let us forever remember their heroism and recommit ourselves to preserving the precious liberty they won with their blood.
.@PeteHegseth has announced an internal audit of Bill Gates-connected company Microsoft’s digital cloud system for allegedly being used by Chinese nationals to hack Government systems in Aug. 2025.
We need to stop pretending abortion is anything other than an act of murder, driven by human selfishness rather than necessity.
We must abolish abortion once and for all.
In 29 days, we will celebrate the 250th birthday of our exceptional nation, which became the greatest of all because we were the first to declare the self-evident truth that all people are created equal by God.
Not “born equal.” We are “CREATED equal.”
Because God made us all in His image, it means EVERY SINGLE PERSON has inestimable DIGNITY and VALUE—and our value is not related in any way to the color of our skin, what zip code we live in, what our talents are, our health condition, or any other factor. Our value is inherent, because it is given to us by our loving Heavenly Father.
When a culture devolves to the point of depravity where “influencers” can go online and so casually dismiss the deliberate murder of their own precious child, the survival of that culture itself is at risk.
God have mercy on our nation as we pray and work for an end to this evil, for hearts and minds to change, and for a renewed understanding of the self-evident truths and the sanctity of all human life.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” (Jeremiah 1:5)
Being from Lake County, with most of my family still there, and following the Bears, I understand firsthand how meaningful this new stadium project will be for northwest Indiana and Hammond.
This development represents a transformative opportunity — one that will create good-paying jobs, attract significant new investment, and drive sustained economic growth across the region. Beyond the direct economic benefits, it will boost tourism, strengthen local businesses, and bring renewed energy and pride to our communities.
I am looking forward to seeing the process move forward and the positive impact it will have on our state.
