CONDOLENCE MESSAGE I am deeply heartbroken by the tragic loss of Ms. Linda Miruka, who passed away in a road accident while serving our county. Linda was a light in the Directorate of Human Resource Management, a dedicated public servant whose kindness, warmth, and genuine care for her colleagues touched us all. Her sudden passing leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts, in her family, and across the entire Siaya County family. On behalf of the County Government of Siaya, my family, and myself, I offer our deepest condolences to Linda’s family, friends, and loved ones. We wrap you in our prayers and pledge our full support during this time of immense grief. We also pray for a swift, full recovery for the two officers injured in the crash; our support team is actively assisting them and their families.
