@houseoffraser your customer service is really really poor. Firstly it is really hard to find the right option to submit a query and when I did the service received was appalling. I have explained the issue multiple times via email and get the same sub standard responses.

@LNRailway @AndrewSelous This seems to be your common excuse. There is always a fault. Like I said Tue maybe use some of the money you make to invest in better rolling stock. You are supposed to deliver a service to your passengers but you constantly fall short.

@BritishGasHelp resorting to twitter as my mothers call back didn’t happen. 81 year old lady with poor health and promised engineer didn’t turn up yesterday. When I arrived at her flat today the temp was 12. No heating or hot water. Such awful service
